Our custom installations begin with three base designs:

Balloon Garlands | Backdrop frames | Balloon Walls

Balloon Garland

$35 per linear foot - 10’ minimum | Includes 3 standard colors in four balloon sizes for organic flow. Custom colors, foil, and specialty balloons are extra.

  • $5/mile from my location in Mission Viejo. $50 minimum

  • 20% of order total.

  • Optional - $50 + $2/mile travel - Only added if you need me to return to breakdown the balloon display.

Backdrop Rental with Balloons

Panel & Frame Rentals | Balloon Garland charged separately.

  • $50 deposit, released after frame is picked up. Frame will be picked up within 3 days after delivery.

  • $5/mile from my location in Mission Viejo. $50 minimum

  • 20% of order total

  • Optional - $50 - Only added if you need me to breakdown and clean up the balloon display.

    This fee only applies to balloon breakdown, not backdrop pickup.

  • If rentals must be picked up on the same day at a scheduled time, a Convenience Fee of $75 will apply. Otherwise, rentals will be picked at my convenience within 3 days after event.

Book with me! It’s so easy… Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the Design Questionnaire below as completely as possible.

  2. Review your customized proposal. You’ll receive an email response within 48hrs with a customized proposal for your review. Please review your proposal and respond with any questions or changes you’d like to make. We can also have a phone conversation to go over your specific needs!

  3. Book your date! A 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves your date. Once you are happy with the details in the proposal, complete your deposit payment. Deposits reserve your installation date, go toward the order total, and are non-refundable. Dates are changeable, based on availability, up to one week before your originally scheduled date. Your deposit also goes toward the purchase of supplies needed for your custom installation.
